Even before enrolling in the Japan Hotel School, I had my first choice of working for Miriam Resort Hotels, which operates the Disney hotels. I was able to receive a job offer from the company I admired, thanks to the support I received from my seniors' activity records and the support of my career-hunting teachers, such as preparing for interviews.
During the interview, I was conscious of expressing my thoughts in my own words. I think that speaking honestly in your own words will move the interviewer's heart more than conveying something you've memorized.
My goal for the future is to take on any challenge possible so that the time spent at the hotel will be an irreplaceable memory for all guests. I also aim to become a Cast Member that makes meeting me one of the reasons for visiting the hotel.
