Here are some of the textbooks used at Japan Hotel School. The textbooks, which were developed with the participation of instructors from Japan Hotel School, are used as teaching materials at over 100 universities, vocational schools, and hotel companies across the country.
Specialized Subjects
This is a basic educational textbook for training people in the hotel and bridal industry, divided into the hotel accommodation, food and beverage, and banquet departments. We also have a "bilingual Japanese-English" textbook, which is written in both Japanese and English, for the purpose of training global human resources.

Language
The book is structured with illustrations of conversation scenes so that students can learn basic to advanced English conversation knowledge and skills for use in hotels, restaurants, etc. We have also produced a collection of English example sentences that contains a wealth of examples of English sentences written mainly for hotel work.
general education
This is a textbook for comprehensively learning basic business knowledge and skills necessary for businesspeople, as well as understanding domestic and international situations and different cultures. The main purpose is to understand the basics of hospitality and the essence of international protocol.
