When he graduated from high school, he was not good at English and his TOEIC score was around 200, but while attending an English vocational school in Tokyo, he discovered the joy of learning English. He re-entered university, majored in English, and studied abroad in the US for a year. After gaining work experience as an IT engineer at a foreign financial company in his 20s, he decided to change careers and become an English teacher at the age of 30. He studied abroad in Vancouver, Canada for a year as a working adult and obtained the TESOL English teaching qualification. Since the fall of 2009, he has been teaching English subjects at Hotelesque. Based on his experience as an "English dropout," he teaches using an effective approach to learning English.
As of 2023, he has achieved a perfect score (990 points) on the TOEIC seven times and is continuing to study with the goal of achieving the 10th perfect score.

You will surely feel happy when you use the English you learned in class in actual customer service, and when the customer understands it and is pleased. Don't give up on the included subjects, but learn and use the useful phrases from class for yourself and for customers you have yet to meet. Are you embarrassed about your broken English? Surprisingly, foreign customers often don't care about this. Don't be afraid to actively interact with them in English.
Please feel free to consult me about anything related to English, even if it's not one of my subjects!
