Experience three different hotels and broaden your experience
By training in the accommodation and food and beverage departments of a first-class hotel, you can understand the entire customer service work. The training, which is modeled on the curriculum of traditional European and American hotel schools, will be conducted three times over two years for a total of 24 weeks. By training in multiple facilities, you can experience the "differences" in the way each hotel thinks about customer service.

A thorough support system by teaching staff
A teacher in charge at each training facility will follow up with students throughout the training period. Regular meetings will be held, and if any problems arise, they will contact the human resources and on-site staff to quickly resolve the issue, so students can start their training with peace of mind.
Before the training, students will have classes, and during the training, they will have regular meetings with the instructor to check their level of learning and solve any problems, and after the training, they will review the students' progress.

Experience the difference between a city hotel and a resort hotel
Those who wish can do an internship at a resort hotel near the Kanto region. They will experience the difference between a city hotel and a resort hotel, widening the range of hotels they can choose for their future career. During the internship, they will live together in a company dormitory, which will also be an opportunity to hone themselves.
*This may change depending on the year.

"Overseas training trip" to learn about other countries with the salary earned from training
At the Japan Hotel School, all students go on an overseas study trip to acquire an international perspective and learn about hotel conditions overseas. The cost of the study trip in the second year is covered by saving up the salary earned during the training.
