Broaden your experience by working at three different companies

By undergoing practical training in the hotel's accommodation, food and beverage, and public relations departments, you will be able to understand the entire business.
The training, which is modeled on the curriculum of traditional European and American hotel schools, will be conducted three times over a two-year period for a total of 24 weeks. By training at multiple facilities, you can experience the "differences" in the way each hotel thinks about customer service.

A thorough support system by teaching staff
Point3

A thorough support system by teaching staff

A teacher in charge at each training facility will follow up with students throughout the training period. Regular meetings will be held, and if any problems arise, they will be in contact with human resources and on-site staff to quickly resolve the issue, so students can begin their training with peace of mind.
Before the internship, students will have classes, and during the internship, they will have regular meetings with the instructor to check their level of learning and solve any problems, and after the internship, they will review the students' progress.

A paid, practical program
Point4

A paid, practical program

The trainees at the Japan Hotel School are paid a salary, so they can experience hotel work with the same sense of tension as in real life. In the case of the daytime division, the salary earned during the training is used to cover the cost of overseas training trips that are conducted twice during the two years of their enrollment.
