Message to students

I will share with you as much as time allows, frankly, my experiences in various hotels both in Japan and overseas, and what I have learned from the treasure of many failures. I will also interweave useful information for passing the job hunt, so you won't have time to sleep.

Thoughts on the future of the hotel and bridal industries

In this age of increasing diversity and information overload, I believe that hoteliers of the future will be required to hone their own individuality.
In addition, digital transformation is being promoted, and we will continue to push ahead with efficiency improvements to resolve the shortage of human resources. However, we must not forget to pass on cultural traditions, and I believe that the day will not be far off when hoteliers will require people with a craftsman-like talent.
