Message to students

"When you meet someone in your private life that you feel uncomfortable with, treat them as if they were a customer. This will allow you to build a relationship without being harsh." This is what my hospitality teacher told me when I was a student. Working in the hotel industry means dealing with guests with a wide variety of values. As my life stage changes, I realize that working in the hotel bridal industry is an industry that unconsciously improves my human skills as I interact with guests every day. I am grateful for this. Language, choice of words, behavior, and instantaneous judgment... Although school life is only two years, there are many opportunities at Hotelesque to learn many things through practical training and the experiences of our teachers. I hope you will absorb as much as you can!
