The future of the bridal industry and how to achieve it

In the bridal industry, both companies and the way weddings are held will continue to change in response to the diversification of weddings, but I believe the skill that will remain essential in the future is "people skills." People skills is a broad term, but I feel it is the ability to draw out and understand the customer's thoughts. By being one step down from the customer and approaching them with a willingness to learn, keywords that are visible to both you and them can sometimes emerge. I think it is important to share those keywords and build a relationship that will draw them out. I hope that students will feel this way while they are in school!
