After serving as a banquet service manager at a hotel in Tokyo, he currently teaches courses such as "Restaurant Service Practice," "Banquet Service Exercises," and "Beverage Commentary" at the Academie du Vin and a vocational school for hotels and weddings, educating the next generation of talent in the industry. He is also active in many other areas, including as a wine taster and writer. He is well known for his expressive tasting courses and practical service instruction, which make use of his experience as a contest winner.
