The Japanese cuisine I teach is a traditional Japanese culture that you would like to pass on to your children and grandchildren. In my classes, I would like to teach you what you would like to pass on to your children when they become adults and parents, and what you should know as Japanese people!

Thoughts on the future of the hotel and bridal industries

The hotel and wedding industries are currently in a very tough environment, but I don't think this will continue forever. I would like to think of this as a preparation period for the new normal in the industry. Let's do our best until the new normal returns!
