I try to base my classes on two criteria: 1) What I hope will be useful to students currently working, and upon graduating from JHS. 2) Inviting students to think beyond the standard type of service, and get into "hospitality-driven" mindset.

수업에는 2개의 기준을 마련하고 있습니다.1번째는, 현재의 일(아르바이트나 실습)과 졸업 후의 일에 도움이 되는 것.두번째는, 서비스를 넘는 「호스피탈리티 주도」의 생각에 인도하는 것입니다.

Since the onset of COVID-19, the world will become more casual, and hopefully more health/safety conscious. Taking care of our guest's concerns and keeping them reassured will be a new kind of hospitality I feel.

COVID-19 이래, 세계는 보다 캐주얼이 되어, 보다 건강과 안전을 의식하게 되었습니다.
