Japan Hotel School offers a variety of school events that are both educational and fun. We will introduce you to events that will become cherished memories that you will never forget, such as the entrance ceremony, sports festival, speech contest, overseas study trip, and graduation ceremony.

This marks the start of their school life. Top people from the hotel and tourism industry will also be in attendance.

Disaster prevention experience

Disaster prevention experience

This is a school event to help students understand "protecting the lives and property of our customers." Students will experience four things: "CPR and AED operation", "earthquake shaking", "real-life smoke evacuation", and "firefighting training".

Ball game tournament

Ball game tournament

A ball game tournament held jointly by day and night school first-year students. Classes compete against each other in events such as volleyball. Each class makes their own T-shirt, demonstrating great teamwork!

Daytime 1st year 1st practical training

Daytime 1st year 1st practical training

Although the first training session may be nerve-wracking, there are many graduates of hotel schools at the hotel where the training session will be held, so there is no need to worry. There are three training sessions in the daytime division and two in the evening division.

This sports festival is held jointly by the second-year students of the day and night divisions. There are many events unique to the Japan Hotel School, such as running with glasses on a tray and an obstacle course with hotel quizzes.

Japanese cuisine experience & hotel tour

The Japanese cuisine experience is a school event where students experience kaiseki cuisine at an actual hotel Japanese restaurant, encouraging interest in Japanese cuisine and cultivating a career perspective.

Speech Contest

Speech Contest

The debate contest, which consists of two sections, Japanese and English, is a place to express one's thoughts and feelings. Judges will include people from the hotel and bridal industry, and students will be able to make "suggestions and proposals to the industry" from their unique perspectives.

Overseas study trip

Overseas study trip

An overseas study trip for all second-year students in the daytime division (participation is optional for students in the nighttime division).
You will develop an international perspective through contact with foreign cultures and people that you would not experience if you were to stay in Japan.

JHS Graduation Presentation

This is the culmination of two years of work, inviting people from the hotel and bridal industries to give presentations.
We will be presenting the results of our research on hotels and restaurants, as well as wedding planning.
