The designated student dormitory "Dormy" is a student dormitory with meals and furniture included, operated by Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd., which has a contract with the Japan Hotel School, a vocational school.

The meals served are not only nutritionally balanced but also seasonally delicious. This saves you the trouble of having to cook at home, making it a great option for those who are not confident in their cooking skills. It also allows you to make effective use of the time you would have spent preparing meals.

Furniture and fixtures are provided! Start your new life right away
The necessary furniture and appliances for daily life are provided, so there is little luggage to move in and you can start living comfortably from the day you move in.

3. Facilities

Clean and well-equipped shared facilities available
The facility is equipped with amenities that make life comfortable, including a dining room where everyone naturally gathers even when not eating, a public bath with a large tub, and shower rooms that are available 24 hours a day.

4. Peace of mind and safety

The director and his wife are always on-site. Crime prevention and safety measures are also thorough.
They will provide personal support for not only crime prevention measures, but also minor daily issues such as illness or troubles that may arise.

Many people traveling from afar to attend events such as open campus events may be wondering where to stay. You can experience a free one-night stay at the designated student dormitory, "Dormy." (A standard fee applies for stays of two nights or more.)
This is especially recommended for those who are planning to live alone after enrolling in university.
*Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance, as we may be fully booked.
*Please note that we do not offer meal service on Sundays and public holidays.
* The free one-night trial is conditional on participating in a hotel school event.
