Work at multiple different companies to broaden your experience
There are three practical training sessions in the daytime and two in the evening.
During the daytime course, students will have practical training in three different first-class hotels, allowing them to experience the differences between companies. In addition, students will have practical training in the accommodation and food and beverage departments, allowing them to understand the entire customer service process.
The school can introduce you to a place for your internship during the night shift, but since many students work during the day, we also recognize work done at part-time jobs (limited to service-related companies) as credits.

A thorough support system by teaching staff
A teacher in charge at each training facility will follow up with students throughout the training period. Regular meetings will be held, and if any problems arise, they will be in contact with human resources and on-site staff to quickly resolve the issue, so students can begin their training with peace of mind.
Before the internship, students will have classes, and during the internship, they will have regular meetings with the instructor to check their level of learning and solve any problems, and after the internship, they will review the students' progress.

A paid, practical program
Trainees at the Japan Hotel School are paid a salary, allowing them to experience hotel work with the same sense of tension and responsibility as they would in real life.

"Overseas training trip" to learn about other countries with the salary earned from training
At the Japan Hotel School, all students go on an overseas study trip to acquire an international perspective and learn about hotel conditions overseas. In the daytime division, students save up the salary they earned during their training to cover the cost of the overseas study trip in their second year.
