Improving problem-solving skills through group research project "Restaurant Management Seminar"

Students will improve their problem-solving skills by conducting group research and presenting their proposals based on a theme. They will work in teams to create sales forecasts and profit and loss statements, and then present them as concrete proposals.

Restaurant Management Seminar

Each team will select a location and create a business plan for opening a new restaurant. Each team will decide on the necessary tasks and roles to take, such as leader, product manager, marketing manager, etc. They will make a presentation to the instructors who will act as judges, incorporating new ideas that are in line with the times, including launching social media, creating a logo, website, and menu, in order to have their business recognized.

HMS (Hotel Management Simulation)

HMS is a program that allows participants to experience a simulated hotel management experience for one year. Participants form a virtual hotel management team, each of whom serves as a manager and a department head. Each hotel is set up with different management records and environments, and goals and strategies are set based on analysis and simulations are conducted.
